I am fully a qualified person-centred therapist with 13 years experience working with adults, children and adolescents in private clinic NHS Womans refuge, CAMHS, schools
universities and charities. 

 

I will work along side you, supporting you while you explore your thoughts and feelings within a safe, confidential, and non judgmental environment. I won’t tell you what to do, or give you advice because I believe you have the resources within you to make changes. I specialise in low self-esteem, low mood, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, living with a long-term or terminal health condition to name a few. 

 

Clients describe me as warm, accepting, friendly and trustworthy. I have been a client myself and it's not easy, especially the first steps!

Qualifications 

Foundation Degree Arts in Counselling/Psychotherapy.

Certificate Therapeutic Work with Children & Adolescents

 

Ongoing continued personal development training in line with NCPS guidelines
