Before you begin
This short questionnaire is designed to help you consider whether some of the difficulties you are experiencing may be associated with ADHD. You will be asked a series of questions about experiences such as concentration, organisation, restlessness and impulsivity. It should only take a few minutes to complete. Your answers will be used to generate a screening result at the end of the questionnaire.
This screening questionnaire cannot diagnose ADHD. It is intended as an initial screening tool for adults and should not be used as a substitute for a full ADHD assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
What happens after this questionnaire?
Once you have completed the questions, you will be shown a screening result based on your responses. The result is intended to help you consider whether it may be worth exploring your symptoms further. A higher screening result does not confirm ADHD, while a lower result does not rule it out.
