Dr Gary Lamph

Dr Gary Lamph is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Gary has over 25 years mental health experience and has been an accredited therapist since 2010. In 2011 Gary was the winner of the prestigious National Nursing Times Award in Mental Health Nursing. Gary's PhD was funded by the NIHR and complete at the University of Manchester in 2018 and focussed upon understanding long standing emotional difficulties in primary care psychological therapy services. 

He specialises in the treatment of; Depression, Anxiety Disorders (Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Agoraphobia & Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Psychosis, Stress Management (Including life challenges and work-related stress), Low Self Esteem, Perfectionism, Personality Disorder (Complex Emotional Difficulties), Loss and Bereavement, Psycho-social Wellbeing and Change Management (Including diet, addiction and healthier lifestyles).
